Who better......?

As I posted earlier on my blog, Shelly, our oldest is expecting a "Whoops" (in my eyes, a blessing, gift and message from God) baby in February. We have found out that it is another girl to go along with Trinity and Madison. Needless to say, those two are excited beyond belief and I think the mommy is getting over the shock and reality is setting in. Of course this was not the "Immaculate Conception"; however, daddy is somewhat out of the picture but they do communicate and plan to be parents together down the road.  Because of the circumstances, Shelly wanted someone close to her in the delivery room when she gives birth to our 5th grandchild so she has asked her sister, Becky to be with her. I don't think she could have asked for the more appropriate person....they are not only sisters but best friends. Sure, when they were younger, they squabbled like any siblings but as they grew into adults, their love and respect for each other has grown into a very deep friendship that I don't think could ever be broken.

Shelly's doctor has agreed to induce as long as it's before the due date so Becky will have time to fly down to Tennessee to be at Shelly's side coaching her through the blessed event. I hope Grandpa and I will be moved down there by that time. If not, I may fly down with Becky but I would stay longer to be an extra pair of hands or maybe even both Grandpa and I will drive down. Either way, Shelly won't have to worry about Trinity and Madison and along with their wonderful daddy, I will keep the girls on track with school and their schedule......that is, once they come down from cloud 9!!
