Hi, Isabelle here......like every year, Mommy and Daddy take us to the pumpkin farm to pick out our pumpkins. I don't really remember much about the other years....I know one year I was still in Mommy's tummy (oh, so cuddly) and the other, I could barely toddle around these big orange things. I did pretty good last year but it was soooooooo cold. This year the weather was nice and warm, Grandma and PaPa were with us and we had great fun! But I have to say, it gets to be a bit much for a little girl like me. They take you out of the car, hand you a wagon and set you in front of a huge field full of pumpkins and tell you to go 'pick one'. It was a sea of ORANGE!! And, I was suppose to pick just one? They were all so nice and round and sparkled in the sun; I'd pick one, go a little further and find a better one. After a while my head started to hurt because I couldn't decide....I mean, I am only 3 years old!
Eventually, after picking, putting back and choosing again, I did manage to find MY pumpkin. Boy, I bet I picked out and had 10 different pumpkins in my wagon before I finally decided! It was a tough job and a lot of walking for my little legs because we also visited all the animals while we were at the farm. It was nice to get home and snuggle in my bed with my bunny for a nap after that busy day!
P.S. Can't wait for Trick or Treat tomorrow. I'm going to be a Pirate Princess!!
