Yes, we planned it around the Packers/Vikings game; yes, we planned it around the church on the corner getting out of its Sunday service so prospective lookers would see the signs. Extra advertising was circulated out there. We packed up the dogs and headed to Sheboygan to visit friends since we had to be gone for 2 hours. Our agent even brought a loan officer along in case the subject of financing came up with all the people flooding in. We even had cookies!!!
Too bad we didn't have even ONE person come through! Now, how sad it that? How can you get an offer if nobody even comes through the door?
Very sad because I ate all the cookies in my depressed mood, blowing my diet out of the water and turned into a real b*tch for almost a week until Grandpa threatened to toss me to the curb and leave me there unless I changed my attitude. He was right, it doesn't help any....just makes it miserable around here for everyone including myself and the dogs....not to mention poor Grandpa.
So, on to our next plan of attack. Don't know what that is yet but we'll figure it out. We aren't beat yet but maybe next time, we will advertise the cookies! It seems to work at Sam's on weekends.
