Yep, I made it to Tennessee.....sure glad I planned for the date of departure that I did with all that snow coming your way!! I've been watching CNN and boy, you guys are really going to get buried!
Having a great time visiting with Shelly and the girls! Just about shocked the panties off of the girls, especially Trinity, when I jumped out from behind their closet door to surprise them on Friday. After the hugs and kisses, she got this worried look on her face and asked where PopPop was. She was relieved to hear that he had to stay home and work and that he was still resting his sore back. I really think she thought that something had happened to him; poor thing.
I am sitting here 'computing' on Shelly's Redneck computer setup. She has a small laptop with some keys missing. That is sitting on a T.V. tray. Then she has an external keyboard which I have to balance on my lap. Actually, I'm getting pretty good at it. I've learned that if I balance it against the laptop hanging off the front of the T.V. tray, I can type faster. She also has an external mouse which doesn't seem to know left from right or up from down. I think I'm going to take it apart to see if maybe a good cleaning will help that.
BUT, I am online!! Checking e-mails, working my farms on Facebook and as you can see, blogging so I'm a happy camper! I have a few blogs that I had started before I left Milwaukee which I will try to complete to stay in touch.......until later.......
Somebody lied to me....it's cold here too!
