Christmas Morning in Madison

For Christmas, we usually draw names (kids-kids) and (adults-adults). It makes it especially nice since we are all poor, but it also makes for a fun time. Because we also pick a 'theme' for the gifts. This year it was t-shirts. So we drew names a few months back and the we were all on a mission to find our gift recipient a t-shirt that reflects them.  Here are the ones Grandpa and I received.....both very appropriate and well-received. As you can see, my t-shirt makes the point that I am a Grandma of 5 even though Lexi isn't due until next month which is perfect!

Oh, and we also had fun showing off some of the toys that John and Izzy got.....a LOT of batteries were needed that morning!! Yeah, I know.....Maggie doesn't look that excited about the whole Christmas thing.

It was a great time as usual. Hours of wrapping, ripped apart in about 5.5 minutes! We had a really fun time bowling on the Wi and eating the Grandma cake. We love to go to Becky's house for Christmas morning since we don't have the excitement of little kids any more at our house. And what's Christmas without kids?!
