Barbie and Ken

Yes, this is Barbie and yes, it looks like she and Ken were having a little bit too much fun in the toy box! Everyone said it was just a matter of time after Barbie breezed into the neighborhood in her little pink sports car with her long hair blowing in the wind and wearing her Gucci shades. While she was moving into her dream house at the end of the block, Ken was spotted on his front lawn two doors down putting on a good act of mowing his lawn. It was quite obvious that he was not concentrating on his grass when he missed a turn on his rider lawn mower and took out a little maple sapling. Ken didn't have a chance; all the neighbors could see the writing on the wall. It didn't help that Ken, himself, was not too hard to look at either. That's was quite obvious whenever Trinity and Madison would sit down to play "Barbies" and would fight over who got Ken. We are talking screaming matches and bodies flying. But Ken only had eyes for Barbie as we can see from the photo above. 

Within a week, they were spotted having coffee at Starbucks. Barbie acted so coy, batting her eyelashes and laughing at his every word whether it made sense or not. The neighbors just sat back and watched because they knew she had the rep of being a "black widow" and it was just a matter of time before she had him in her web. Soon they were hitting the nightclub scene and her pink car would be pulling into her driveway in the mornings when the rest of the neighborhood was just leaving for work. Ken was spotted dashing across his lawn heading to Barbie's dream house at all hours of the day or night. She was calling him to help her out with a leaky pipe, then it was a circuit breaker...oh yeah, it's really hard to flip those switches. It became a weekly sight to see Ken riding his lawn mower on Barbie's lawn with his shirt off and she would run out in her little short-shorts to hand him a glass of lemonade (no doubt, Hard Lemonade).

This went on for months with Ken being spotted sneaking out of her house very early in the morning on many occasions. Well, we now know that there was more than just dreams going on in that dream house. It looks like a little Barbie or Ken is due very soon and knowing Barbie, Ken will no doubt be paying some hefty child support. Their court date is pending and she has a shark for her attorney.  So, Ken....was it worth it?
