State offers $25 Million in Tax Incentives to Harley-Davidson

Incentive to keep 1,000 jobs in state comes days after cost-cutting labor deal.  I can tell you what my brother-in-law who works there got.....ZIP!  Oh, and a chance of not having a job in two years but hey, as long as Harley got a deal, that's all that matters, right?
