"Hard One to Swallow"

Ok, I know we lost by this fumble but can someone tell me if this face mask grabbing came AFTER the fumble, before or during.  Also, I'm tired of watching football players with longer hair than me!!  Isn't there some sort of regulation hair length?  If not, there should be OR if it comes past the bottom of the helmet, it should be tucked in.  It's sort of hard to take a football player seriously when his dreadlocks are long enough to cover his name on the back of his jersey.
