Meet Squiggy......

This is Squiggy. Squiggy, the squirrel....not to be confused with Squiggy who was on the old T.V. program, "Laverne and Shirley". He's been hanging out on our patio since he realized that he might be able to score a peanut or two. As you can see, he also likes to take a break sunning himself in Grandpa's lawn chair. I almost caught him yesterday picking up a peanut but realized that the battery in my camera was dead when I tried to snap the picture (yeah, I know....I'm a technological nightmare when it comes to cameras). I'm not worried though....he'll be back. He has come to visit every day for about a week now (once with a friend) and has even come right up to the patio door and looked in. I wonder if I can teach him how to knock because it sure would save me time if I didn't have to sit and wait with my camera for him to show up. He could knock, pose for a few photos, grab his peanut and run. I don't think that is too much to ask. We'll see what he thinks about that idea when he shows up later today.
